What these cover
These terms cover this website. They do not cover StateEngine the software, which is not released yet and will carry its own licence when it is. Using this site means you accept what is written here.
This site describes unreleased software
StateEngine is in development. Everything described here is subject to change, and nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a particular feature, on a particular date, at a particular price. Where the site says something exists and runs today, that is a statement about the system we build with — not an offer of a product you can buy.
“Registration opens soon” means exactly that: there is no registration, no waitlist that collects your details, and no account to create.
No warranty
The site and its contents are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on anything published here.
Content and marks
- The text, design, diagrams, and code of this site belong to StateEngine unless stated otherwise.
- The StateEngine name and wordmark are ours; please do not use them in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
- You are welcome to quote or link to the site with attribution.
Links elsewhere
Where this site links to somewhere else, that destination is not under our control and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Changes
These terms will be revised as the project moves from a placeholder to a released product. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
